Rates

Our rates range from $99 - $205 plus 13.75% lodging sales tax per night.

Room rates tend to vary by the length of your stay, the season, special events and day of the week. Rates are subject to change at any time.

Reservation Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with valid Discover, Master Card, Visa  (Credit or Debit)

One night deposit is required for regular reservations. Reservations made within 15 days of your stay will be charged in full at the time of reservation.

One half of total charges  deposit required on all packages.

All Weddings require a $100 non refundable deposit.

At the Hideaway we do not have facilities for children or pets, children are allowed at the Border House. All accommodations are smoke-free, if smoking occurs indoors there will be a minimum cleaning charge of $250, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Check in starts at 3:00pm please make prior arrangements if you will be arriving

after 7:oopm. No check in after 10pm at the Hideaway.

Check out is 11:00am

A minimum of two or three nights may be required on weekends and during special events or holidays.

There is no refunds for unused package items.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small, privately-owned business, and due to our size, cancellations impact us significantly.  A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room.  For this reason we uphold a strict policy.  Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the date of arrival to receive a refund.  After that, no refund is possible regardless of reason.  If we can fill your vacancy, you will receive a refund less the booking fee.   A $25.00 booking charge will apply on all cancellations.  We always do our best to fill the rooms.    “No Shows” will be charged in full.  You are responsible for reservations made no refunds on early departures. Wedding deposits are non refundable.

When renting the entire Border House or all three suites at the Hideaway, cancellations must be received 31 days in advance for regular weekends, 46 days on festival and holiday weekends to receive a refund less a $50 booking fee.

Inclement Weather Policy

If you are unable to keep your reservation due to inclement weather, you will receive a gift certificate  that is valid 60 days from the date of your original reservation.
